All restaurants, cafes and bars at Sense will be subsidised by the Operator to ensure quality and value are paramount.
As a resident you will have exclusive access to the Sense Yowani App. This will connect you to everything and everyone within the village. This will include; menus, special events, wellness timetable, happy hour and lifestyle activities. Everything you need to know will be right at your fingertips.
You will be able to access all the activities taking place in the Wellness Centre (pool, gym, yoga etc). A timetable of these will be available on your Sense Yowani App.
Your will be able to enjoy a range of curated lifestyle activities taking place throughout Sense of Yowani. A timetable of these will be available in your Sense Yowani App.
You will be able to access discounted home care services through our on-site partner.
If the need arises, you may be able to access funding from your home to pay for higher and acute care.
You are not responsible for refurbishment costs of your apartment on exit. This is the responsibility of the Operator.
You are not responsible for any sales and marketing of your apartment on exit. This will be the responsibility of the Operator.
At Sense Yowani, all fees and charges stop as soon as a resident exits the Village.
